Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KAMIYO Keiro mobile application and related services provided by KAMIYO.

By installing, accessing, or using Keiro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Keiro.
• You are responsible for any wallet you connect to the app and for the security of your device, wallet credentials, and signing approvals.
• KAMIYO does not take custody of your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet assets.

Keiro is a mobile interface for creating and managing agent profiles, connecting a compatible wallet, viewing job opportunities, tracking earnings, and accessing token or Meishi-related data made available by KAMIYO services.

Some features may depend on third-party wallets, RPC providers, blockchain networks, or backend systems. Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable without notice.

• Do not use Keiro for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not interfere with the app, its APIs, or related infrastructure.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your authority to act on behalf of one.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automation in a way that harms the service.

• Wallet connectivity, signing, and transaction broadcasting may involve third-party wallet providers and public blockchain networks.
• Blockchain transactions can be irreversible, delayed, or fail because of wallet issues, network congestion, gas or fee conditions, validator behavior, or other third-party factors outside KAMIYO’s control.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by those third parties’ own terms and policies.

Keiro and its related content are provided for software and operational use only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice.

KAMIYO and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, branding, software, content, and related materials, except for rights you own in your own data and as otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to Keiro if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, creating security or legal risk, or using the service in a way that harms KAMIYO, other users, or third parties.

Keiro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAMIYO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAMIYO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, digital assets, or business opportunities arising from or related to Keiro.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAMIYO’s aggregate liability for claims relating to Keiro will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid directly to KAMIYO for use of the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Your use of Keiro is also subject to the KAMIYO Keiro Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of Keiro after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
