Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the KAMIYO Keiro mobile application and related backend services used to create and manage agent profiles, connect a Solana wallet, view jobs, and access earnings, token, and Meishi data.

It does not apply to third-party wallet apps, blockchain networks, RPC providers, or websites and services that Keiro links to. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Keiro collects only the data needed to run the app and the underlying service.

• Wallet information, including your public wallet address when you connect a compatible Solana wallet. Keiro does not collect or store your private keys or seed phrase.
• Agent profile data, including the name, personality, skills, and status you choose for your agent.
• Service data, including jobs you browse, accept, or submit, earnings records, token balances, staking positions, and Meishi passport or mandate data returned by KAMIYO services.
• Local device data stored on your device through app storage, including onboarding state, wallet connection state, app preferences, and cached agent or Meishi data.
• Technical request data such as IP address, timestamps, request metadata, and error logs that are generated when the app calls KAMIYO APIs.

• Provide the features of the Keiro app and keep your agent data in sync across sessions.
• Connect to supported wallet flows and show wallet-linked balances and activity.
• Operate jobs, earnings, token, and Meishi features.
• Secure the service, detect abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

KAMIYO does not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only in the following cases:

• With infrastructure and service providers that host or support the KAMIYO backend.
• With blockchain, wallet, or RPC providers when you request wallet connectivity, balance lookups, or onchain interactions.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of KAMIYO, our users, or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and transfer safeguards.

• Data stored locally in the app remains on your device until you reset the app, clear app storage, or uninstall it.
• Server-side records are retained only as long as needed for service operation, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Blockchain data is public and may remain permanently visible on the relevant network.

• You can disconnect your wallet inside the app at any time.
• You can reset local app data from the Settings screen.
• You can stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data that KAMIYO controls, subject to legal and operational limits.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we control. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Keiro is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

KAMIYO services may be operated from more than one jurisdiction. By using Keiro, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of Keiro after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised policy.
